Currently, our primary service language is English. However, we can arrange consultations in French for Montreal-area clients with advance notice.

Yes, most of our services can be delivered via video call, phone, or detailed written reports. The New Resident Transit Orientation service works best as an in-person walking tour, but we can adapt it to virtual delivery if needed.

Typical availability ranges from two to five business days from initial contact, depending on the service selected and current demand.
